Clean place, food was meh. If your in ash grove and not wanting to go to a better place, this will do. Expensive for what you get.

The bar is fully loaded and Marc is a wizard, The kitchen is on top of everything and you are gonna have an incredible experience.
My husband and I selected Mama Loca's Cafe and Cantina for our son's wedding rehearsal dinner. We were super impressed with the owners, staff, food, and atmosphere! Upon arrival, we noticed a sign by the entry door congratulating the couple. The tables were set with chips and salsa and the menus were personalized with the bride and grooms names along with the entrees we selected. The owners even pulled out a box of toys for my two year old grandson to play with. After dinner, we were led out back to a furnished patio with tiki torches and a fire pit to finish out our evening in relaxation. (And smores) I would recommend Mama Loca's over and over again. Super nice people!!

Food was pretty good. Drinks are really good. Service is typically great. Definitely told friends and family to go here.
this was an awesome place in the heart of down town Ash Grove. the environment was inviting and had a dark tavern feel. i was the only person there for lunch at 1pm so the service was great and the food was delicious
